Movin designs and manufactures semiautomatic or fully automated assembly lines for the HVAC industry. The pictures below show a semiautomatic line for assembling, vacuuming, charging, and testing air conditioners. Pallets are transported by chain or roller lines. The gas charging station, operation test station, and vacuum bays complete the supply. The software supply, designed and implemented by Movin, is equipped by the assembly line and transfer shuttle management while plant status display is available. The operator can manage inputs in manual mode through panel pages designed for such operations and can show active alarms on the plant and alarm history, thus generating detailed statistics. We provide support for the production start-up of the plant and after-sales service.
