A Testing Station is a system designed to automatically perform measurements and checks on devices or products.
These functions are essential in manufacturing industries to verify and qualify the functionality and quality of products during the production process. We design and manufacture automatic testing stations addressed to run a wide range of tests such as mechanical strength tests, electronic performance tests, quality checks on design and compliance with product specifications. In addition, automatic testing stations accurately record and analyze test data, enabling our customers to quickly identify and solve any product quality issues, to create and consult accurate and detailed statistics on production history and related performances. The goal of a testing station is to identify and solve any problems before the product moves to the next production stage or is shipped to customers. On the other hand, the goal of automation applied to testing stations is the efficiency of quality control steps, which are thus accomplished in drastically shortened timescales and with high accuracy. The testing station shown in the pics below is an automated cell for E-bike items visual inspection and geometric checks, equipped with vision systems with integrating artificial intelligence algorithms
